- Organizational Membership - Up to four (4) staff members can attend monthly resource meeting and will be added to LPN's email distribution list. Annual fee: $300.00
- Note: organizations that wish to add additional members beyond the four (4) can do so for an additional fee of $50.00 per person
- Individual Membership - Only individual who joins can attend the monthly resource meeting and will be added to LPN's email distribution list, even if representing an organization. Annual fee: $125.00
- Student Membership (undergraduate students only) - Only individual who joins can attend the monthly resource meeting and will be added to LPN's email distribution list. Annual fee: $25.00 plus 10 volunteer hours at LPN-sponsored events; must provide proof of undergraduate status and school-issued email address with application

- Mail check with completed application to address above or pay online once you have received an invoice via email.
